About This Planner
This is a labor of love, created for our collective Cooperative Gardens Commission network. We are made up of Seed Hubs, Commissioners, and supporters. This is a 40-page Garden Planner that can be printed at Staples and shipped to you anywhere for as little as $16 before shipping. Or you can print it from home or any other location of your choice! Details below.
This has been created to help the folx signing up to be Seed Hubs, new and experienced food growers, and seed savers. It is a tool to map out a plan for the year, track progress, as well as monthly and annual goals.

Climate Zones We ship seeds to many different growing zones, affected by different factors. Keep track of predicted and actual frost dates!
Lunar Planting information is provided on all the calendar days to help increase the chances of successful seed-germination and transplanting!
Seed Tracking and Harvest Logs
Keeping records of this level will help us adapt season-by-season, based on our record of what we tried, what worked, and what didn’t.

You can download and print the complete 2023 Garden Planner from home, or at Staples for as little as $12.
First, go to Staples https://www.staples.com/services/printing/copies-documents-printing and scroll down to ‘Booklet Printing’ to start the project.
You will be prompted to upload the file.
You will then be given options. The most affordable option is to print this at 1/2 size, or 5.5” x 8.5”. However, the formatting is a little weird, there is a lot of space on the top and bottom.
You will have several options from here.
Select a heavier-weight paper for the cover (recommended).
Select “full color” inside if color is important to you for quick reference. “Black and white” keeps the printing cost affordable, but it may make it a bit difficult to quickly navigate to the parts of the guide you are looking for.
If you have trouble reading small text, go for the Large format, 8.5” x 11”
